Improvisation is creating spontaneously in the moment. When coming from nothingness we invite the creator to co-create with the devine in us. In order to have a successful improvisation, we must learn to “get out of the way” so we may dance with the muse. We will explore creating from the inside out, facing the unknown and returning with wisdom from within through improvisation and sound healing techniques. Bring voice and instruments.
