What is the approach? We begin where you are. Creativity begins with a longing, a desire. What is calling your soul? A desire to sing, play music, dance, create art or move energy through chakra clearing or soundhealing?

What skills do you need?
The most important skill in the creative process is to show up. We may want to create art, dance or make music in our deepest heart yet find we are distracted away from our very desire. Many experience a battle between the soul and the ego or split between heart and mind. Our desires can also be side tracked easily by past hurts, disappointments or not feeling worthy or good enough.

This is a supportive atmosphere for the experienced or trained artist as well as for the unexpressed one who knows in their soul they need to create but does not know where to begin.

Life and Art.... We all have the ability to express ourselves creatively, though few of us make use of this gift. In a culture that values an analytical approach to life, a disconnection has been created between our physical and intuitive selves and art and life. Most of us were taught that the arts are something extra, not truly relevant or serious, only for “kids” or the “talented ones.” Our culture does not treat creativity as something that is a foundation for our well being.
